We are looking for people with experience in talent recruiting, staffing, and headhunting. The ideal volunteer understands business talent needs and the business case for paying for these services. We are also looking for knowledge of hiring best practices that can be incorporated into the platform. Knowledge of existing recruiting software and technology is a plus!
