We are looking for perspectives from businesses on talent needs and how those needs are or are not being met. Where do you see gaps in talent supply. Where might this connect to DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, or Access) goals? Where should the Columbus community be investing in talent? Have you ever worked with non-profits to gain access to talent? What was your experience like? How much is it worth to your organization if all of your talent needs could be filled today?

These are just a few questions we have, but would appreciate other perspectives as well.
